Company culture
You’ll be working hard within a friendly environment, and we’ll keep you up to date with corporate plans. Our intranet will tell you all about our business - areas of operation, company procedures, internal contacts and IT updates. Outside work, your team will have varied social, sporting and fund-raising activities.

Holidays
You’ll get 26 days of paid holiday a year as well as UK bank holidays, unless your contract with us states otherwise. Our holiday year runs from 1 January to 31 December.
Life assurance
If you die before the age of 65 while working for us, we’ll pay three times your salary to your beneficiaries, subject to our conditions.

We offer a discount of 5% to employees buying a Taylor Wimpey home, subject to our conditions.
