What are the terms and conditions?

Membership to the Investor Club is free for the first year. To retain continued membership, investors must purchase a minimum of two investment properties every year.

The terms and condition of buying 2 investment properties per year is to ensure you retain your membership to the club and is not legally binding.

Separate terms and conditions on the purchase of a property will be discussed at the time of negations and can vary from property to property depending on market conditions at the time.

What discounts will be available to Investor Club members?

Typically we will offer a discount of up to 20% off the normal asking price. Occasionally, other benefits such as priority release before the general public and rental guarantees may be offered instead of discounts.

How often will I receive property investment offers?

We aim to provide you with the latest available offers by email on a regular basis. As we add more investment properties to our portfolio you will be able to search online as often as you like.

Why do I have to buy two property investments in a year?

This is the only requirement to maintain your membership to the Investor Club and to continue to enjoy the benefits it brings.

Are investors able to sell before completion of an off plan purchase?

Our standard policy is that George Wimpey purchasers are not allowed to sell their property prior to completion.

Are there any selling restrictions on investors after purchase completion?

No.

I am interested in knowing more about your free investment property seminars. Could you please let me know more about dates and venues?

As soon as they become available, details of our property seminars will be emailed to all investor club members and will be posted on our website.

I am experiencing problems using the online application form. Why?

Occasionally, users may experience problems using the online application form because it requires that javascript is enabled on your browser. Typically this will be set in the Tools / Preferences section but refer to the help section in your browser on how to do this.

I have used the search function on your website to look for investment properties in specific areas, but there are none available. Why is this?

We carefully select properties to be put into the investor club, and there may not be any available in the area your are interested in at the current time.
