General Directions
From London:
Follow the A13 (eastbound) towards Basildon/Southend (London Road). Continue until the Queensway roundabout, take the 2nd exit signposted Queensway (A13). Keep left and at the next roundabout, Queensway House, take the 1st exit onto Sutton Road, Carry on and take the 7th turning on the left onto Redstock road,. This will merge into Bircham Road and Urban Base can be found on the left hand side.
From Ipswich:
Follow the A12 (southbound) towards London, Exit at J17 and continue onto the new A130. Continue to the roundabout and take the Southend Arterial Road (A127) into Southend, this will merge into Prince Avenue (A127). At the Cuckoo Corner roundabout take the 3rd exit, Victoria Avenue (A127). Continue on this road until you reach the Queensway roundabout. Follow as per directions from 'London'.
