Spot wild deer and ponies on Exmoor amongst the wild gorse and heather. Devon is a watersports mecca with miles of coastline from which to enjoy diving, kite surfing, sailing or windsurfing. Choose from Croyde with its seaside award or Saunton Sands for golden sands and unbeatable surf. When you've worked up a hunger, head to nearby Braunton and the traditional Thatch Pub. If fishing is more you sport then Devon has a multitude of well stocked lakes and if you'd prefer golf then you won't have to go far - Torrington has its own club. Otherwise take in the seasons at the RHS Rosemoor Garden, a full 65 acres of landscaped gardens to explore.
