At Junction 1, the start of the M2, take the exit onto the A289 (Wainscott Northern bypass) after 3.8 miles, at Four Elms Roundabout, exit onto Four Elms Hill, the A228 (signposted Grain). Stay on the A228 (Radcliffe Highway) for 2 miles. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Bells Lane (signposted Hoo, St. Werburgh).
